Transitioned to working from home for family reasons, taking on projects primarily through partners. Responsible for product and visual design for utility and digital asset products, covering requirements refinement, interaction design, motion design and delivery follow-up.

Notta.ai is an AI transcription and information organization platform for individuals and businesses. I was deeply involved in its evolution from early feature development and Pro capability enhancement to enterprise expansion.

• Led core feature design and continuous iteration across the customer lifecycle, from sign-up and login to onboarding, activation and subscription conversion.
• Led the creation of web design guidelines and the design system, defining components, page patterns and interaction standards, and maintaining consistency and quality through ongoing iterations.
• Tracked CSAT and user feedback, identified opportunities to improve the overall product experience, and followed through on improvements and their results.

Led interface design for the EXX digital asset trading platform across its app, web product and official website, along with brand and visual design.

Restructured conversion touchpoints and the membership system as part of Notta’s commercialization upgrade, helping users understand plan value and make upgrade decisions while supporting annual revenue goals.

• Mapped the relationships between user groups, plan entitlements and purchase paths to improve plan selection, benefits comparison and upgrade guidance.
• Replaced a unified checkout with contextual payment flows, improving conversion at entitlement-limit touchpoints by 27.6%.

Improved the editing experience on Notta’s transcript detail page, using an experience model to clarify relationships between text blocks, selections, editing states and commands.

• Reworked the paths for reading, editing, annotating and organizing transcripts, reducing the effort required to understand and use complex editing features.
• Established clearer interaction rules and state models to provide a foundation for future capabilities.
